Key facts and conditions

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving a reason.

The cancellation period is 14 days from the day on which you receive the goods, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier takes possession of the delivered goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement.

We will refund the price of the goods (but not shipping costs) no later than 14 days after receiving the returned goods. We will use the same payment method used for the order, and you will not incur a fee for the refund.

Return conditions

To return goods, please ensure that:

The goods were purchased within the last 14 days.
The goods are in their original packaging or other suitably secure packaging.
The returned goods include all their accessories and any gifts supplied.
Goods will not be accepted for return or exchange, and no refund will be issued, if:
- a) they have been dismantled (the mower, charging station or similar has been opened);
- b) they have been damaged;
- c) their functional properties have not been preserved;
- d) they have lost their saleable appearance;
- e) parts have been removed;
- f) a new product has been used and lost its saleable appearance.

Returning goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning goods to us.

Policy

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost during return shipping. We therefore recommend an insured, tracked postal service. We cannot issue a refund without actually receiving the goods or receiving proof of return.
