2. Application of these terms

These terms govern use of the website, ordering goods, payment, delivery and the provision of services.

They apply to robotic lawnmowers, spare parts, accessories, installation, diagnostics, repairs and maintenance services.

The Buyer can review these terms before placing an order. The goods, work, price and timescales for a specific order are set out in the product description, order confirmation or a separate agreement between the parties.

A Consumer is a natural person purchasing for purposes unrelated to their business or profession. Consumer rights apply regardless of other provisions in these terms. The consumer right of withdrawal does not automatically apply to business customers.

3. Placing an order and formation of the contract

The Buyer provides accurate contact, delivery and invoicing information. When purchasing on behalf of another person or a company, the Buyer must be authorised to act on their behalf.

The goods or services, total amount payable, delivery costs and selected payment method are shown before the order is submitted.

The contract is concluded when the Seller accepts the order and informs the Buyer by email or another durable medium. If an automated message only acknowledges receipt of an order, that purpose must be clearly stated.

If an order cannot be fulfilled on the agreed terms, the Seller informs the Buyer immediately. Substituted goods or changes to the price or timescale require the Buyer’s agreement, without prejudice to their statutory rights.

4. Prices and payment

Prices for Consumers are stated in euros and include applicable taxes, including VAT. Delivery charges and optional additional services are shown before order confirmation.

Available payment methods are shown at checkout or in an individual quotation. The terms for any advance payment, remaining balance and payment deadline are agreed before the contract is concluded.

Additional work, materials, diagnostics or other paid services are provided only after the Buyer has been informed of the price or how it is calculated and has given consent.

Price changes do not affect contracts already concluded, except where provided by law or separately agreed between the parties.

5. Delivery and acceptance of goods

The delivery method, location, price and timescale are specified when ordering. Unless otherwise agreed with the Consumer, goods are delivered no later than 30 days after the contract is concluded.

The Seller informs the Buyer of any delay and provides an estimated delivery date. The Consumer’s right to set an additional deadline or terminate the contract is exercised in accordance with the law.

For delivery arranged by the Seller, the risk of loss or damage passes to the Consumer when the Consumer or a person they designate, other than the carrier, actually receives the goods.

If damage to the packaging or goods is noticed, we recommend taking photographs and notifying the Seller as soon as possible. Failure to record damage on delivery does not in itself remove the Consumer’s rights.

6. Installation, diagnostics and repair services

The scope, location, price and completion time of services are agreed before work begins. Diagnostics and repairs may be ordered separately.

The Buyer provides access to the work site and informs the Seller about known underground utilities, bodies of water, hazardous slopes and other circumstances relevant to the work. The Seller assesses the conditions needed for the agreed work and informs the Buyer of any identified limitations.

Mowing zones, charging stations and antennas are set up according to the requirements of the specific model. The Buyer is informed about operating and maintenance instructions and important limitations of the operating environment.

If additional work or parts are needed, their price and scope are agreed with the Buyer. Paid repairs are not carried out without the Buyer’s consent.

The Seller is responsible for the quality of work performed by itself or specialists it engages, in accordance with the contract and the law. Incorrect installation by the Seller is not treated as misuse by the Buyer.

7. Consumer’s right to withdraw from a purchase contract

Within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods, the Consumer may withdraw from a contract concluded at a distance or outside business premises…
